Artist Arena, the company managing the VIP Ticket Packages, sent the following announcement:
Dear Kamelot Fan,
We regret to inform you that your VIP package for the upcoming Kamelot show has been cancelled due to circumstances out of our control.
Unfortunately, production at the venues will not allow for the proper time or space for these meet & greets, and Kamelot wants to ensure that it is only giving their fans the absolute best VIP experiences possible.
You will be receiving a full refund in the amount of [33.50 GBP/Euros] per VIP package purchased, which should appear on your credit card statement in 5-7 business days.
*PLEASE NOTE: You will still be able to attend the concert with your regular tickets as it is only the VIP packages that have been cancelled.
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please feel free to email us when future Kamelot VIP packages are available and we will be glad to assist you and make sure you have access to purchase a VIP experience in the future.
